These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and promo888 ("we", "us", "our", "Platform"), the operator of the website accessible at https://promo888.cam and all associated subdomains and services. • "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before Withdrawals can be processed.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under these Terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission by a Player that violates Section 10 of these Terms.

To register an Account and access the promo888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

You agree to notify promo888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. promo888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure on your part to safeguard your credentials.

promo888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

In order to process Withdrawal requests and to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, promo888 requires all Account holders to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. KYC documentation must be submitted before any Withdrawal is processed.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, front of bank card — numbers partially obscured);
• Any additional documentation as reasonably requested by the promo888 compliance team.

promo888 may request updated KYC documentation at any time, including in connection with high-value Withdrawals, unusual account activity, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by promo888 may be suspended pending resolution.

promo888 accepts Deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Visa/Mastercard, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum Deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

All Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to their MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. promo888 does not charge Deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which promo888 bears no responsibility.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. promo888 reserves the right to delay or refuse any Deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The requested amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements);
• The Withdrawal method must match the Deposit method used, subject to promo888's payment processing options at the time of request;
• The minimum Withdrawal amount is RM50.

Expected Withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): approximately 5 minutes or less after approval;
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): approximately 5–15 minutes after approval;
• Bank Wire Transfer: approximately 15–60 minutes after approval.

Stated timeframes are indicative and may vary during high-volume periods, during Malaysian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. promo888 does not guarantee any specific Withdrawal completion time.

promo888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players only once, unless expressly stated as recurring;
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Account separately from real-money balance and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before Withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified in the promotion);
• Games may contribute at different rates towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement — the applicable contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
• promo888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus that has been claimed in error or in breach of these Terms;
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative behaviour — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

The crypto deposit bonus of 2% (up to MYR 688) and all other advertised bonus amounts are promotional figures. Actual entitlement depends on the deposit amount, eligibility criteria, and the applicable promotion terms at the time of claim.

All games available on promo888 are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules expressly address the matter in question.

promo888 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable game types to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to those studios' operational rules and procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or system error during gameplay, promo888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. promo888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a technical failure that was outside of our reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the promo888 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account (whether using the same or different personal details);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including in live casino or poker formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviour for financial gain;
• Abusing any promotional offer, including through coordinated or syndicated bonus exploitation;
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

promo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform;
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution;
• At the Player's own request (including self-exclusion).

Where an Account is suspended as a result of a breach, promo888 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where fraud or dishonesty is involved, all real-money balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original Deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the promo888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of promo888 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of promo888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, promo888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from the Player's inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to follow these Terms or applicable game rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit promo888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

promo888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, promo888 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms shall take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by promo888 in its reasonable discretion.
